Using the templates
The templates are created to be user friendly, if you have a basic knowledge of Photoshop or Photoshop Elements you will be able to use it easily. Check our video tutorials here.
What can I change/edit in the templates?
The templates are fully layered, so you will be able to add your pictures, place your own text, change the colors of the design/vector elements and enlarger them as you need without loss of quality.
Are your templates compatible with Photoshop Elements?
Yes, most of the templates are compatible with Photoshop Elements 9 and newer. Before to buy a template check the tab "compatibility" to be sure the template is compatible.
Will you include the font files with my purchase?
Due to copyright issues we can't distribute the font files. However with the download email, we will include a list of links that you can follow to get the fonts used in the templates,
You can change or modify the template in any way for use in creating products for yourself or your customers; selling prints, cards, books, albums, or other printed/physical products.
Can I post the templates with my pictures in a blog/website?
Yes, you can post examples of the designs in your blog/website in lower resolution and flattened jpg with the purpose of showcasing the template/product to your customers (not for online sell)
Most of our templates are created with Miller's Lab specifications, however you can tweak the specs to print the templates in another labs or in your home.

Yes, I can tweak the files to be printed with WHCC, however it's not available as an instant download, please buy the template in our Etsy Shop and request the change to WHCC in notes to seller, it may take 24-48 hours to get your file modify it.

How to have an account?
Birdesign is exclusive for photographers, you will be able to create an account after your first purchase as a Guest.

How are your downloadable products delivered?
If you don't receive your download email contact us at email@example.com.
Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds or credit.
How do Digital Gift Cards work?
You can purchase a digital Gift Card the same way you purchase any other product from our store. After checkout, you will receive an email with a link to visit and view your digital gift card.
The digital Gift Card will contain a code to redeem, you can print or email it to a friend or loved one. Please note digital Gift Cards will be send to your Paypal email address, be sure to have access to it.
How can I check the balance on my card?
You can check the balance on your digital Gift Card on the link we provided with your order.
Do gift cards expire?
No. There is no expiration date on your digital Gift Card.
Can I combine a discount code with a Gift Cards?
No. You cannot combine a discount code with digital Gift Cards. If you purchase a gift card using a discount code the total amount will be charge to your account.
No, you can't. In accordance with standard license prohibitions, you may not resell, redistribute or share these templates in whole or in part for any reason; claim these designs as your own; or sell any design digitally or printed on any online store (including but not limited to Etsy, Ebay, or general online card stores).
I'm designer can I buy your templates to offer it to my clients?
No, you can't. Our products are created just for professional photographic uses and you can't claim these designs as your own.
No, unfortunately I'm not able to offer personalized service.
Actually, I'm dedicated to stock Birdesign with new and fresh designs and unfortunately I'm not doing custom designs/logos at this time.

How do I know a onesie will fit my baby size?
Click here to check our sizing charts for measure references. It is important that you determine first the proper body measurements. MAKE SURE OF YOUR BABY SIZE BEFORE ORDERING. WE MAKE EVERY PRODUCT WHEN IT IS ORDERED.
What baby apparel quality do you use?
We use American Apparel Baby Rib Cotton.
Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the baby apparel:
-Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
-Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
-Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
-Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
How long do you take to process my order?
The usual processing time may vary depending on the product type:
- Garments: 2-6 business days for processing
- Mugs: 2-5 business days for processing.
Please add the shipping time on top of that.
Choose a quicker shipping service if you want your order to be expedited. (FedEx Express Saver 1-3 , FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Standard Overnight)What type of delivery options do you offer?

Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments.
Do you Ship Internationally?
Yes! We offer International Shipping using USPS 1st class Int'l. This method has no tracking available. The delivery time is usually 10-20 business days or more, depending upon the country's customs' policies and procedures.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Please note we print every product when it is ordered. You can modify/cancel your order 2 hours after placing your order, after that we immediately begin processing your order. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return and exchange policy?
Since we print every product when it is ordered, we are NOT ABLE to accept returns or sizing exchanges. Please check the sizing chart before choosing a size.
If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at email@example.com for further information.
